FOUNDER,
James A. Cobb, as the CEO and President of Thirdi Solutions, specializes in delivering state of the art technology in Information and Cyber Security solutions to organizations and government agencies to include; development of cloud transitioning and implementation, Strategic Planning of Technology, and Business Operations for Thirdi Solutions clientele.
Before embarking on being an Entrepreneur, James worked as a Senior Manager and Project Manager for DSSP Consulting Inc., which is a Financial and Information Technology (IT) government contracting company. James has lead government IT project planning, designing, testing, implementing, and deploying information systems, both cloud environments and infrastructures, managing financial and business process improvements, as well as strategic business development techniques.
James has over 20 years in the professional field and 8 years in the federal government environment providing and supporting financial, IT networks, cloud technology, architecture design, information security, cybersecurity, penetration testing, and risk management solutions.
James attended University Maryland University College with a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management and a Minor in Cybersecurity. He is certified in AWS Cloud Practitioner and Cybersecurity Fundamentals Nexus as a member of ISACA. He is also a member of various Maryland organizations that help provide opportunities and grow communities. Mr. Cobb strives to continue his promise to deliver excellent client service and protecting our most important information of private and our Federal government’s networks and infrastructures.
